Mentoring Program

About the Program

Mentoring Minority Founders to Build High Growth, Profitable Companies is a 6-month mentorship opportunity for early-stage CPG and women's healthcare companies founded by minority founders, assisting founders to build profoundly profitable, high-growth companies and models of success within their industry. The focus of this effort is on founders that historically receive less than 2% of venture capital investment and support – female and ethnic minority founders. Through rigorous guidance, support, and mentorship from top-tier founders and investors, the goal of this program is to provides the tools and coaching to build a team and a business that can deliver $100m in profitable annual revenues.
